Corrections policy
How to report an error, what we do about it, and how corrections are recorded.

We publish prices, fees and entry rules that change. Some of what we publish will be wrong, and the useful question is what happens next.
Reporting an error
Write to desk@wander.africa with the page and, if you have it, the source that contradicts us. A link to an official schedule or portal is the fastest route to a fix.
What we do
- We check the claim against its primary source.
- If we are wrong, we correct the page and update its verification date.
- Where a correction changes the substance of a recommendation or a cost, we note what changed at the foot of the page and date it.
- Where the underlying fact changed rather than our reporting being wrong, we say that instead, because those are different things.
What we do not do
We do not silently amend a figure and leave the page implying it was always correct. We do not remove a correction note to make a page look cleaner.
